Noticeable notes of spontaneous fermentation in the wild nose, herbs, hops, yarrow, green tea, seaweed, with some yellow fruit forming in the background. Lean and powerful on the palate, with salty notes, the sweetness is restrained, a little aniseed, more high-voltage than cosy Kabinett.
