The aroma is characterised by spontaneous fermentation, apple and yeast, honey, balsamic tones. On the palate, the wine develops a penetrating acidity, the supple, almost viscous base and the texture of the wine seamlessly integrate this strong current, delicate phenolics enrich the structure. Finally, the tactile minerality makes its way through the complex, rich content.
