Tasting Notes
Light in colour and a very traditional Pinot Noir aroma with almond notes, some yeast influence and slightly herbal-spicy undertones. Juicy and delicate on the palate with restrained tannins and a lively acid backbone. A traditional type of Pinot Noir, almost an endangered species - very well crafted.
