There is a hint of wood, as well as floral and vegetal aromas from the Pinot Blanc varietal spectrum. In the mouth, the wine appears almost slender (despite 13% ABV), which is due to the salty, deep, tactile mineral density in the middle of the palate and a refreshing hit of carbon dioxide. A hint of sweetness balances the considerable acidity.
