Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black berry confit with fine caramel in the background, candied orange zest, a hint of cassis and liquorice in the background. Powerful, chocolaty texture, fine tannins, salty minerality, already easy to drink, a full-bodied food companion.
