On the fragrant nose, apple and yellow fruit aromas, peach, also some citrus, with stony, slatey hints. Lean and tightly built on the palate, relying on the tried and tested duet of lively acidity and corresponding residual sweetness, with some grapefruit notes and a fine minerality.
