Pale white-yellow with greenish reflections. Spicy nose, clear and animating, slender, delicately fruity and floral, light fruit. Pithy, incisive palate with bite and raciness, perhaps a little too clearly vegetal, ascetic, because really dry, but in the concert of the 11er elephants you welcome a manoeuvrable gazelle. A great, long-lasting wine.
