The white wine Goldriesling trocken, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut Schloss Proschwitz – Prinz zur Lippe has been rated in 2014 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Saxony in Germany.
Very pale in color. Some fermentation aromas, ice candy, but also herbs. Juicy acidity, lots of core and bite. Medium-bodied with a slight astringency. Polished wine, compact and dense, not banal despite the rather robust structure.
