The sekt »Blanc de Blancs« brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Schloss Proschwitz – Prinz zur Lippe has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Elbling, Weißburgunder from the region Saxony in Germany.
A fresh, savoury and subtle yeasty aroma, with some citrus fruit, pear and brioche. The palate is stylishly constructed, straightforward, fresh and mineral with a fine, persistent mousse, bright fruit is evident on the juicy, fresh finish.
