The blanc de noirs Meißen »Blanc de Noir« Spätburgunder Spätlese feinherb, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Schloss Proschwitz – Prinz zur Lippe has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Saxony in Germany.
Raspberry and wild strawberry on the nose, with some floral notes and ripe citrus fruit too. It's smooth on the palate with a well-integrated sweetness and mild acidity. There's a late harvest character to the fruit, but it remains lean in texture. Echoes of strawberry and raspberry again on the finish, a sommelier's wine.
