This has a noticeably fine mousse, and there are aromas of lemon zest, pineapple, and apricot, as well as lovely bread dough. It is slightly sweet and fruity on the palate, with flavours of peach and ripe pear, and all supported by a nice acidity. It has a fine mousse and a long finish, and it is a great aperitif.
