The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Secco blanc, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Schloss Rattey has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Johanniter, Phoenix, Phoenix, Blütenmuskateller, Muscaris from the region Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Germany.
The aroma shows some yeast and a slightly nutmeg-like spiciness, as well as notes of banana and red apple. A brisk mousse needles the palate, and crisp acidity dominates the sweetness. Rich texture with a savoury finish.
