The white wine »Neunundneunzig« Cuvée halbtrocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Schloss Rattey has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Helios, Hibernal, Phoenix, Blütenmuskateller from the region Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Germany.
Fragrant, floral and with a very clear nose: elderflower, rose, also passion fruit and blackcurrant. On the palate, the wine unfolds a fresh, sweet and sour flavour, delighting with a lightness that goes hand in hand with good length and even mineral undertones.
