Tasting Notes
Herbal savouriness dominates the aroma, lemon balm and rosemary blossom, also slate savouriness, a hint of Caribbean allspice and caraway. On the palate, there is the dense and at the same time mild substance that one expects from the yield of old vines, depth, powerful mineral components, an enormous length with again slate-spicy flavours!
