Discreet and with a lot of provenance in the fragrance, stony notes, smoke, lemon balm, nettle, sage, grapefruit, white peach and apricots. Dense and elegant on the palate, textured, juicy fruit interspersed with fine acidity, sweetness in play with the stony, mineral flavour, a pleasure now and later.
