Slightly fragrant and with notes of spontaneous fermentation, herbal, some hop blossom, apple peel, tart apple, yellow fruity, lemon balm. Lean, clear outline, full-bodied and also with well-developing dynamics, ripe phenolics, smooth and exciting.
