Some yeast, slightly yellow-fruity and clearly mineral-spicy notes. Also sesame and macadamia. On the palate, the wine is a true Silvaner classic: supple at the start, then with a good-natured breadth and even with a distinctive corner of bitterness at the end. Versatile at the table.
