Smoky notes from the shell limestone, brioche, shortcrust pastry, raspberry, red cherry also mixed in, finely herbal, thyme. Quite brisk acidity that regulates the proportions on the palate, elegant mousse that stands up well to the chalky minerality, individual, beautiful.
