Dark minerality, smoky-roasted yellow fruit notes, candied grapefruit zest, attractive reduction note, underlaid with a fine caramel touch, still strongly influenced by the batonnage. Delicate on the palate, white tropical fruit, full-bodied, persistent extract sweetness, fine nuances of mango and baby banana on the finish, good ageing potential.
