The red wine Neusiedlersee DAC, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Martin Steiner has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Zweigelt from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Dark berry fruit, soft notes of liquorice, hint of nougat and mandarin zest. Juicy, elegant, pleasant fruit sweetness, fine tannins, good persistency, already accessible, a versatile food wine.
