The white wine »Heaven« Chasselas trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Sommerhalter has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chasselas from the region Baden in Germany.
Slightly smoky on the nose, wood savouriness, ripe stone fruit, peach, apple peel. Full-bodied on the palate with a taut, compact structure, the tannins from the wood ageing are noticeable, ripe stone fruit, also tropical fruit, not yet at the end of its development.
