The white wine »Spring« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Sommerhalter has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Ripe yellow fruit on the nose, cream, butterscotch, menthol, a touch of white mushroom, citric notes with air, mustard and fennel seeds. On the palate with fine juice and extract, firm tannins, smoky undertones, drive in the centre and a creamy finish.
