Intense, dark aroma, mocha, tobacco, smoke, blackcurrant. With air (preferably a decanter), the herbaceous side of the Cabernet comes through: paprika, tomato leaf, spearmint. A lot of tannins, a powerful type that deserves a powerful dish.
