Slightly earthy scent, with ripe yellow fruit, such as grapefruit, also some chamomile, dried apple peel, bay leaf, with air also some coffee. Melting type, on the palate the (milk) coffee flavour intensifies, with a fine phenolic character and creamy acidity.
