Fragrant nose, fresh yellow fruit of quince, apricot, ripe apple, fresh spicy savouriness, subtle freshly ground hazelnut. Lively on the palate, juicy, fresh, not quite dry fruit, fine acidity, delicate mineral savouriness, well-balanced and elegant drinking pleasure for many occasions.
