Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Slightly reductive at first contact, then intensely slate-spicy, also with lots of citrus fruit: blood orange, lime, grapefruit pomace. The palate is supple and round for a moment, then unfolds a juicy play, fresh acidity and sweetness well suited to the structure. Saar elegance, very finely bottled, with good length, beautiful play and striking minerality.
