Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Rather restrained on the nose with a fine herbal savouriness, apple flesh and peel, sesame seeds and a somewhat citrusy tone. Lots of tension on the powerful palate which shows an astonishing amount of extract in a nonetheless slender format, supported by superb Saar acidity overlaying a distinctly mineral base which makes the sweetness appear lively - the archetypal Saar style. .
