Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Still restrained on the nose, with apple, peach and fine yeast pastries, light flowers, apple blossom, jasmine, apricot and floral, herbal notes. Initially relatively relaxed on the palate with a vivid and crystal-clear acidity that rounds off in the extract. Very clear in expression, developing more drive and mineral verve in the mid-palate. Subtle and refined.
