Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Fine Mirabelle plum and apricot, caramel and some baked apple. Sightly viscous palate, creamy and sweet, concentrated juice with apricot, apple and well balanced salted caramel. Ripe acidity, good balance and fine, smooth flow. Mineral, charming.
