Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Fine nose with tangerine and nectarine, some mint and mineral hints, warm stone. Good concentration on the palate, generous in its portions, the rather mild acidity binds well, mellow phenolics on the mid palate. Mineral finesse on the finish.
