The white wine »Blitz« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Stein has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Nahe in Germany.
Ripe apple and herbs show on the nose, also pear, tart pear peel and some rosehip. On the palate there is striking tartness and juicy acidity in a lean and compact body. Clear, juicy apple notes, slightly mealy phenolics, great with food!
