Mineral on the nose, flint, fresh herbs, sorrel. Slightly sweet on the palate, an almost Riesling-like structure, some carbonic acid, exciting and fresh with an intense tactile-mineral character. A Chardonnay in a Riesling disguise, but quite harmonious and tasty in itself.
