The white wine Pinotimes Pinot Blanc trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Stern has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Clear but not over-accentuated wood savouriness, floral varietal aromas. Smooth attack, full-bodied continuation, still very young, lots of juiciness, high density, a hint of sweetness, very well integrated, cultivated acidity, an excellent balance in a Pinot Blanc that is made for bottle ageing (and gastronomic use).
