Bright salmon pink in the glass. Wood savouriness on the nose, slightly smoky, wild berries, mint, caramel. Juicy fruit on the palate, fine phenolics, wood savouriness again, creamy with a lively, well-integrated acidity structure, subtle extract sweetness. Delicious with grilled meats.
