Tasting Notes
It has a strong ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a subtle ochre rim. There is a lovely savouriness, as well as a hint of prune, some liquorice, delicate fine oaky aromas, and a touch of mineralty. It is juicy, with ripe cherry and fig, a refined acidity, integrated ripe tannins, some salty nuances, very good length, and it is harmonious, with very good further ageing potential.
