Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a subtle ochre rim. There are lovely aromas, with hints of cassis, fresh blackberry, some nougat, and floral fragrances, it is an inviting bouquet. It is juicy, with nice cherry fruit, a lively structure, silky tannins, a red berry flavour, some minerality, and good persistence, it has a clear Vieilles Vignes touch. It also has great ageing potential, and is very much in a Burgundian style.
