Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Ripe plum fruit with delicate balsamic spices, a hint of fig, some coconut and wood. Powerful savoury cherry, some vanilla, vivid tannins, fresh acidity, nougat on the finish, a full-bodied food wine with certain ageing potential.
