Tasting Notes
An aroma of ripe apple, raw almond, pear and lemon zest. Aromas of a light herbal note, peach and young nectarine follow on the palate. Good acidity, juiciness and liveliness in a medium body lead to a very good finish.
More about the tastingAn aroma of great freshness: instead of opulent fruitiness, there is more herbal spiciness, definitely also berries, but without overripeness, slightly citric tones. On the palate, the volume of the variety is combined with freshness and juiciness. Elegant acidity and extract emphasise the finish, a layer of chalkiness in the texture testifies to the lime.
