The white wine Saulheim Probstey Riesling trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Thörle has been rated in 2017 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
There is a delicate attack on the nose with floral notes. This continues on the palate, and it does not hit the drum, but at the end it reveals its saltiness, accompanied by an acidity that we would like to see with a little more courage.
