The white wine »Kalkstein« Saulheim Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Thörle has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The subtle light green colour with golden reflections is striking. Fragrant nose, honey and hay, fine citrus notes, also herbs. Crisp and juicy on the palate, refreshing and invigorating acidity, green apple and white currants.
