The red wine »Respekt« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Ungerer has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Mitos from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Blend of Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Mitos, dark in colour and also on the nose. Lots of cassis, spice and depth with tobacco, cigar and a hint of soy sauce. Well built and with power as well as volume on the palate, strong and ripe tannins. Dense and concentrated.
