The red wine »Saltatium virium« trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Ungerer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Tasting Notes
In addition to herbal and savoury notes, the nose reveals blackberry confit and elderberry juice, as well as dark raspberry. On the palate the wine is very finely-meshed, the tannin is juicy with ripe fruit in the underlay, the finish is smooth, round and of good length.
