The red wine »Saltatium virium« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Ungerer has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Mitos, Spätburgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Aromas of ripe red fruit, black cherry, blackberry, blueberry, plum, vanilla and a touch of smoke. On the palate, firm, ripe tannins, lively acidity, lots of drive, tension and flavour, notes of ripe red fruit, cherry and plum, a herbal savouriness and good length.
