The red wine »Ich & Du« Rotwein Cuvée, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Villa Hochdörffer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon, Lemberger, Portugieser, Dornfelder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Almost opaque in colour, cassis, raspberries and ripe strawberries on the nose, tomato panicle, fresh yeast plait, floral notes, wet leather. On the palate, the acidity and also some carbonic acid provide momentum in a powerfully built structure, fruity, with accessible tannins, harmoniously rounded.
