Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet, subtle ochre reflections, broad and bright rim. Underlaid with a hint of liquorice, black berry fruit, fine slate minerality, ripe cherries, pleasant tobacco notes, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, elegant, fine wild red berry confit, pleasant fruit, the structure is full of finesse, very light on its feet and already easy to drink, an immensely delicate food wine.
