Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are lovely dark fruit aromas of blueberry and ripe plum, a discreet nougat touch, and a subtle herbal savouriness. It is juicy, elegant, and characterized by sweet fruit, fine supporting tannins, and a refined core of acidity. It is full-bodied, with a salty minerality on the finish, and blackberry confit on the aftertaste. It is already very well developed, and still has further ageing potential.
