Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Rich in nuances on the nose: tropical aromas, but also savoury, peppery and minty components. The palate is full of tension, a pinch of carbonic acid and the racy acidity give the wine direction and drinking animation, the fine, clear but unobtrusive aromas give the variety a high-quality expression.
