Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma unfolds some spice: thyme, bay leaf and dried meat, mint, caramel, butter and dark chocolate. On the palate a taut but largely ripe tannin contrasts with the supple foundation. The fruit, which still seems closed off for its age, keeps up well with the structure.
