The white wine »8grad 14minuten« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Werther-Windisch has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Herbal-spicy aromas: hay and thyme, walnut, some caraway, plus apple notes and some quince. Distinctly dry and demanding on the palate, but also with juice and savouriness. Noticeable phenolics and medium extract, a Silvaner with profile.
