The white wine Riesling Kabinett GOLDSTÜCK, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Würtzberg has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Notes of spontaneous fermentation, temporary fermentation aromas, vineyard peach, red apple, apricot and a beautiful slate spiciness, some wormwood and sage. The lively Saar acidity is even more pronounced in the 2021 vintage, but is perfectly absorbed by the sweetness. The savoury minerality from the slate is the backbone, all of a piece.
